The Story of Wundervale Games
The founder of Wundervale Games, Tony Castillo, is a lifelong artist, toy collector, and gamer. His love for preserving the joys of play and the magic of childhood throughout life was the driving force in creating this company.
The small team consists of a few long-term friends with the same values and passion for art and fun. We are creative geeks that have spent our lives as artists and our free time playing games. We desired to create content and share our geeky loves with our children and all the gamer geeks of the world.
We bring our decades of experience doing high-end 3D production, delivering superior service to large customers to the tabletop game and toy industry. We want to embrace the community and ensure the products we make are what you have always wanted to play with (just like us).

Tony Castillo
CEO / ART DIRECTOR
I am a lifelong artist that has been designing in 3D since 1994. I have spent much of my career as an art director with an excellent record of deliveries and customer service. My sometimes overactive imagination has always driven me to want to create amazing things. I have a large toy and board game collection (over 150 games) and have loved roleplaying games for as long as I can remember. My experience playing and GMing roleplaying games dates back to the 80s. I dream of becoming the "Willy Wonka" of toys and games. I want to make fun games and toys that everyone wants. This Kickstarter is an excellent opportunity to break into this industry and build a company that brings joy to everyone.
Dominic Levasseur
Lead Artist
I am a classically trained artist who discovered the world of 3D modeling in the late 90's.
I have worked as an artist in the gaming and simulation industry for the better part of my professional career. I am also a professional caricature artist and Illustrator.
My passion for art was greatly influenced by the cover illustrations and all the wonderful miniatures of roleplaying games of the 80's.
I never get tired of the "visual world" of fantasy illustrations!
I am now pursuing a lifelong dream of sculpting and illustrating the fantasy worlds I am so passionate about.
Matt Spurlin

My journey into the world of fantasy began as a child. The Hobbit was the first significant book I read at a young age. I have loved orcs, goblins, and fantasy creatures ever since.
Later in life, I decided to follow my passion for those fun things with wheels and obtained a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk Jayhawk! I even went to a college with a mythical bird, although not intentionally, for my love of mythical creatures. ;)
After several years working in the motorcycle industry as a designer, I decided to make a career change that would launch me on the path to where we are today. I achieved a degree in Computer Animation with a major in Vehicle Modeling. My passion for creating led to a career in Military Simulation, where my love of art and vehicles were tied together. This is how I came to know the Willy Wonka of toys and gaming, Anthony Castillo, and the super-talented artist Dominic Levasseur.
